==Purpose==
This template is a notice placed at the beginning of articles to notify users that an article has been marked for deletion.
 
==Usage==
To use this template, add <code>{<nowiki>{</nowiki>Delete|<''reason''>|<''date''>}}</code> at the top of the page deemed worthy of it.
 
Pages flagged with this template are added to [[:Category:Articles for deletion]]. Entering any text in a third parameter manually sorts the page. Entering "nocat" [[Help:Category suppression|suppresses the category]].

Purpose

This template marks a page for deletion, to be carried out by Staff at their earliest convenience.

Articles should be marked for deletion if they don't follow the Guidelines.

A file should be marked for deletion if it is:

  • unused
  • superseded by another file
  • a duplicate
  • violating copyright laws

The uploader of a file may request its deletion for any reason.

Usage

Place the following at the top of the page:
