Talk:Faron (Spirit)

It states that she appears as a monkey/squirrel and Lanayru appears as a snake. I think that she looks more like a snake than Lanayru does.

Actually, I take that back. But I still think that Faron does not look like a monkey (Perhaps i was led to believe that because it has no legs...)--Claire 19:41, 17 February 2008 (EST)

Faron does have legs if you look closely, they're just a little hard to see because they have a similar shade to the orb. --Douken 14:19, 25 February 2008 (EST)

Um, she?! Were does it say that the light spirits are female?! Just because they are named after the godesses doesn't automatically make them female!

Move Faron (Spirit) to another name?

Well...this is just a heads-up. In Skyward Sword, there's another great spirit (according to an unofficial translation on youtube) that goes by the same name. For now I created it under the name of Faron (Skyward Sword), but...I think for now we should move Faron (Spirit) to Faron (Spirit of Light). More specific and such. Of course, this will also have to mean that the other Light Spirit pages will have to be moved to that in order to stay consistent but...what do you guys think? Sticking with this name could be confusing as it is, so maybe we should specify it and make it clearer? Dany36 13:11, 15 October 2011 (EDT)

I say we wait till the game is released. We don't know the nature of these creatures yet, and they might actually be the same. I think we already made things weird enough by calling one after its nature and the other after its game. User:Abdullah/sig 04:12, 16 October 2011 (EDT)

Eldin (Skyward Sword) seems to resemble this Faron, and that Faron (Skyward Sword) seems to resemble Lanayru (Spirit). Do you think there is some sort of connection? User:Ganondox/sig 21:39, 22 October 2011 (EDT)
