Template:Item Stone Beaks are Dungeon items in Link's Awakening DX.[1]

Location and Uses

Stone Beaks can be found throughout the Dungeons of Koholint Island. They are found within a Treasure Chest in every dungeon, along with an accompanying Owl Statue. Owl Statues reside on walls with a hole where its beak should be. If Link attaches a Stone Beak to an Owl Statue, it will reveal a hint about either a Puzzle, an enemy, a Sub-Boss, or the Dungeon's Boss. Link can not understand the Owl Statue's hint until the beak is attached.[2]

Stone Beaks replace Stone Slab Fragments from Link's Awakening. They are identical in every way but name and appearance. Instead of attaching to Owl Statues, they attach to Stone Slabs.
