Springboards are objects found in The Wind Waker and Phantom Hourglass. Though the means of activating them in each game is different, their basic function is to launch Link into the air and help him reach higher areas.

Springboards appear in the Wind Temple and Ganon's Tower. Link can use them by climbing atop one while wearing the Iron Boots to press it down; taking the boots off will send Link flying into the air.
