Shield Moblins are recurring enemies in Template:LZS first seen in Skyward Sword. They are a type of Moblin that caries a Large shields which can usally be destroyedy and/or removed.

Characterisitcs and Weaknesses

Skyward Sword

In Skyward Sword there are two types of shield Moblins Wooden Shield Moblins and Metal Shield Moblins. Wooden Shield Moblins are the weaker of the two, they cary wooden sheilds which Link can destroy with his sword. These Moblins swing giant spears at Link. When their sheild is destroyed the become faster and more agresive. Metal Shield Moblins are stronger and cary indestrucable shields made of metal. The Moblins will charge straight at Link causing him to climb over their shields. Both varieations have the apearence of a large fat oin, carring spears.

A Link Between Worlds

In a A Link Between Worlds Shield Moblins are significantly smaller and look more pig-like. These Moblins cary swords instead of spears and swing at Link in an attempt to defeat him simmilar to certain Soldiers. If Link tries to attack them, they will block him with their shields. Link must sneek up behind them or steal their shields with his Hookshot to beat them.

Nintendo Land

In Nintendo Land Shield Moblins, here known as 'Helmet Moblins look and beahve similarly to normal Moblins, but they wear helmets on their heads and are slightly stronger. If one of the Links is carrying a sword he can break their sheilds.

Hyrule Warriors

In Hyrule warriors Shield Moblins apear alongside regular Moblins. They look identical to the Metal Sheild Moblins from Skyward Sword. Shield Moblins act the same as normal Moblins but carry a large sheild makeing them impossible to attack from the front, as well as being stronger.
