Scissor Crabs are very rare creatures that often roam the watery areas of Hyrule in A Link to the Past. Any means of attacks can defeat these easily, but a good choice is to pull out the Ice Rod and blast them with a chill, rendering them helpless.

In Link's Awakening, these creatures live on the beaches of Koholint, and they are no problem at all. These little monsters can be taken out by a few swipes of the sword.
