Template:Minigame The Sand-Seal Race is a mini-game in Breath of the Wild

Location and Rules

The Sand-Seal Race can be found in the Sand-Seal Rally just south of the Gerudo Town. It becomes available once Link frees the Divine Beast Vah Naboris.[1]

During the race, Link must ride a Sand Seal through a course following the marked arches. If Link gets off his Shield or leaves the course bounds, he will be disqualified.[2] The first time Link attemps to race, "The Undefeated Champ" Shrine Quest will begin. For 50 Rupees,[3] Link must beat the previous record of 1:30 imposed by the current champion, Tali.[4] If Link succeeds, he will be rewarded with an Ancient Orb used to reveal the Raqa Zunzo Shrine.[5][6] After completing the Shrine Quest, Link can try to beat his own record for 100 Rupees.[7] If Link succeeds, he will earn a Gold Rupee.[8]
