At the beggining of the game, the tower is non-existent; a small pond known as the [[Western Pool]] lies in the tower's place. Tingle hears a voice telling him to head to the Western Pool. The Rupee Tower appears in Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland as the structure that is destined to take Tingle to Rupeeland.
