Roasted Lotus Seeds are recurring Items in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2]

Location and Uses

Breath of the Wild

Roasted Lotus Seeds are a type of Roasted Food, and they are the result of Fleet-Lotus Seeds that have made contact with Fire or a Scorching Climate.[3] Roasted Lotus Seeds are said to have a soft and flaky center inside their outer shell.[1] When eaten, they restore three-quarters of a Heart to Link's Life Gauge.

Tears of the Kingdom

Roasted Lotus Seeds reappear in Tears of the Kingdom as a variety of Roasted Food, which are created when Fleet-Lotus Seeds come into contact with Fire or a Scorching Climate. By peeling away its out skin, one is able to reach a soft and flaky center.[2] Eating Roasted Lotus Seeds will result in Link's Life Gauge being restored by three-quarters of a Heart.
