The Ordon Shield is a shield in Twilight Princess that the Blacksmith sends Link to deliver to Hyrule Castle. Since this shield is made out of wood, it will burn up if it makes contact with fire, so receive the Hylian Shield before you go into the Goron Mines.If your Ordon Shield burns up, you can buy a new one from various locations, now referred as Wooden Shield
