Malice[1] is a poisonous substance that was unleashed by Calamity Ganon[2] in Breath of the Wild.
Characteristics
Malice can be found inside several Dungeons and Towers throughout Hyrule and even covers one of the three Dragons, Naydra. Malice is a physical manifestation of Calamity Ganon's evil power.[citation needed] It looks like a purple and black sludge that covers walls, floors and even some creatures. It damages Link upon contact. Sometimes pools of Malice have a large, orange eyeball somewhere. The only way for Link to destroy Malice is to shoot its eyeball with an arrow, causing a large chunk of it to dissipate away.
