Template:Character Madame Fanadi is a character in Twilight Princess.[1]
Biography
Madame Fanadi is a Fortune Teller who lives in Hyrule Castle Town. She resides in Fanadi's Palace, she tells Link his fortune on either "Career" or "Love" for 10 Rupees.[2][3] Choosing "Career" makes Madame Fanadi reveal how Link must advance in the story, while selecting "Love" leads the fortune-teller to show Link the location of a Piece of Heart he hasn't discovered.
Trivia
- Whenever Madame Fanadi tells Link his fortune, she chants some magical words, which are English sentences written backwards. These are "elihwa sekat gnidaol tiaw" ("wait loading takes awhile") and "tuoba gniklat I ma tahw" ("what am I talking about").
- The eye symbol on Madame Fanadi's forehead closely resembles the Eye Symbol of the Sheikah.
Nomenclature
Madame Fanadi's name consists of the first two letters of the names of the three Golden Goddesses: Farore, Nayru, and Din. Her Japanese name combines "Impa" with "palace."
