-The Longshot is very much an enchanced version of the original [[Hookshot]] you originally acquire in the game [[Ocarina of Time]]. You get this neat item after defeating [[Dark Link]] in the [[Water Temple]]. With it you are able to shoot targets even further away than you were previously limited to. It is impossible to proceed in the game without it, and is a valuable asset in acquiring many hidden items.
