Jakamar is a character that appears in Skyward Sword. He is a repairman who keeps many of the structures in Skyloft in shape. He is essential to Link's quest as he repairs a broken windmill that allows the Light Tower to show Link where he may proceed in his quest.
Etymology
Jakamar's name is likely derived from the jacamar bird. It also sounds similar to jack-hammer.
