Mrs. Ruul is a character in Oracle of Seasons. Her villa is in Holodrum Plain. In the trading sequence, she will give Link an Iron Pot for his Ghastly Doll. Her villa can be accessed during the part of the game where Link must get one of three animals (Ricky, Dimitri, or Moosh). She is the wife of Mayor Ruul.
Trivia
The Mayors' wives (Madame Aroma from Majora's Mask, and Mrs. Ruul) and the female teachers (Mrs. Marie from The Wind Waker, Tina and Dina from The Minish Cap) all share a similar hairstyle.
