Hyrule Hotfoot is a Mini-Game in A Link Between Worlds.[1] It is run by the Racing Bros.

Gameplay

The aim of the minigame is to race from the Racing Bro northeast of Lake Hylia to the Racing Bro behind the Miner's House within a time limit. There are three main difficulties to the game. The beginner difficulty gives Link 75 seconds to reach the goal, rewarding him with 100 Rupees. The intermediate difficulty gives him 65 seconds, rewarding him with a Piece of Heart. The advanced difficulty allows Link to try to beat his best time, rewarding him 300 Rupees per successful attempt.

The rules require that Link make it to the goal on foot, so using the Pegasus Boots is recommended. The Racing Bro at the Miner's House will disqualify Link if he uses the Bell to warp to a Weather Vane to create a shortcut.[2] However, this only applies if Link stays in Hyrule. If he goes to Lorule and uses the Bell while still in the race, once he returns to Hyrule, the Racing Bro will still reward him when reaching the goal on time.
