In OoT, this shop near the Temple of Time is the basis for one of the side quests. Trading masks with those who ask for them (i.e. the soldier that guards off Death Mountain, or the man running around Hyrule field) is an easy way to get money, and sometimes valuable help or fun trivia throughout the game. It is run by the Happy Mask Man, who is also one of the center points in Majora's Mask.
