Gor Liggs is a Goron elder who is somewhat similar to a guru; mellow by nature, doesn't seem to take life too seriously, meditates and chants, and looks radically different in terms of physical appearance and weight in comparison to the typical Goron.
He is third elder found in the Goron Mines, meditating to a strange kind of music. Gor Liggs gives Link the third Key Shard and combines them to help Link in his quest. He also is the main supplier of hot spring water in Kakariko Village and can be seen outside of Malo Mart. The elder can be seen dancing in the shop later in the game, after the Castle Town branch has been established.
