Die I shall, leaving no corpse. That is the law of us Garo.
Garo Master, upon his demise

Template:Boss The Garo Master is a Garo general and a deadly assassin, making his first and only appearance in Majora's Mask. He wields two flaming sabers.

Characteristics and Weaknesses

The Master Garo's suicide ritual

He will rush to Link with his sabers outright, but shielding or sidestepping can force back his blows. To kill him, Link must stun him with the Hookshot, Deku Nut, or any other projectile, and then attack him with his sword. Another strategy is to just avoid his attacks and strike him when his guard is down. He has the habit of disappearing sometimes after an attack. When this happens, it is advised to run away as he will drop from the ceiling and attack. If Link strikes him, he must immediately guard since he will launch a lightning-fast counter-attack. When defeated, he will pull out a bomb and commit a form of seppuku, blowing himself up. He is fought in three places: Stone Tower Temple, in the Secret Shrine, and in the Twinmold area of the Moon.
