On his island, Fyer offers strange cannon rides for a small fee; one shot out of Fyer's cannon has enough power to launch [[Link]] up to the bridge over the lake—an invaluable resource when Link has been changed back into human form with no way to warp to higher ground. Fyer, eventually, along with the badgering of [[Auru]], an old friend of Fyer's, allows Link to experience the "[[Oasis Flight]]", which is a cannon ride that launches Link from the lake into the [[Gerudo Desert]]. Talking to Fyer after talking to Auru is the only way to further the quest to the [[Arbiter's Grounds]], a sacred dungeon deep within the Gerudo territory.
Fyer offers cannon rides for 10 [[Rupee]]s at [[Lake Hylia]], which can take [[Link]] to [[Flight-by-Fowl]]. After showing [[Auru's Memo]] to Fyer, he also offers the [[Oasis Flight]], which launches Link from Lake Hylia into the [[Gerudo Desert]].

Fyer also repairs the damaged [[Sky Cannon]] in order for Link to reach the [[City in the Sky]]. Although, he does charge a rather steep 300 [[Rupee]]s for the job.
After Link warps the damaged [[Sky Cannon]] to Lake Hylia, Fyer offers repairing it for 300 Rupees so Link to reach the [[City in the Sky]].

During the ending credits, Fyer is found alongside [[Falbi]] flying over the lake with [[Cucco]]s.
