Template:Boss Frypolar is a spirit of ice and fire, constantly shifting between the two states, which serves as mini-boss of the Sword & Shield Maze in Oracle of Seasons.

By hitting the spirit while it is in its' fire state with Mystery Seeds, Frypolar reverts to its ice state. Link can then pummel it with Ember Seeds, repeating the process until defeating it completely. While in its fire state, Frypolar can summon rings of flames to harass enemies, and when in ice form, the spirit is capable of summoning icicles out of the ground to impale foes. Link could also defeat him in his fire form by shooting his ice form's ice crystals with Mystery Seeds, then hitting Frypolar with Mystery Seeds. The young hero could then use his Power Bracelet to pick up an ice crystal and throw it at Frypolar.
