Template:Item The Forgotten Sword is a sword featured in A Link Between Worlds.

Uses

The Forgotten Sword is the first sword Link acquires in A Link Between Worlds. It is also the weakest sword in the game, doing about half a heart of damage. Not only just to be used for cutting, this sword, as with other swords, allows link to cut and break other objects, such as grass, pots, and signs.

Location

After the captain forgets his sword, Link is tasked with finding him and returning the sword to him. This brings Link to the sanctuary, where Link witnesses the captain locked inside. With help and persuasion from Dampe, Link takes the sword to help him through the sewers so he can make it into the sanctuary. However, once inside, Link finds out Yuga has transformed the captain into a painting, allowing Link to "borrow" the sword for the time being.
