Fokka are enemies in The Adventure of Link.[1][note 1]
Characteristics
Fokka are only found in the Great Palace. They can leap and deal enormous amounts of damage. Both Red Fokka and Blue Fokka appear within the Great Palace. The former can throw beams from their Swords. Much like statues of blue Iron Knuckles in the first six Palaces, statues of Fokka appear throughout the Great Palace.
Nomenclature
フォッカー (Fokkā) (pronounced /'ɸok.kɑː/ PHOHK-kah) is likely based on the German word "Vogel" (pronounced /ˈfoːɡəl/ FO-gəl), which means "bird".
