Eyesoar
Template:Boss Eyesoar is the Boss of Skull Dungeon, the fourth Dungeon in Oracle of Ages.[1]
Characteristics
To defeat Eyesoar, Link must first destroy the smaller eyes that orbit around it, then use the Switch Hook to switch places with Eyesoar itself. This temporarily stuns the monster, allowing Link to run over and attack it with the Sword. After damaging Eyesoar, the smaller eyes become more aggressive. Eyesoar is capable of dealing damage very fast with its smaller eyes spinning around it, each causing a quarter Heart of damage upon contact. Each time Link attacks the smaller eyes, Eyesoar will quickly generate new ones.
Nomenclature
Eyesoar shares its Japanese name with Patra. Its name is a play on the word "eyesore".
