HTLOZ II is the successor to [[Hyrule: The Land of Zelda]]. It was founded in 2005 by [[user:Fury Three|Fury Three]], [[user:Tempest|Tempest]], and [[user:IceSage|IceSage]]. The web site is still considered a Zelda fan site, but has a larger focus on the community forums.

HTLOZ II is the latest successor to [[Hyrule: The Land of Zelda]], following [[Gamer Crossfire]] and The Fallout Shelter. It was founded in March 2005 by [[User:Fury Three@legacy41957177|Fury Three]], [[User:Tempest@legacy41958581|Tempest]], and [[User:IceSage@legacy41957570|IceSage]]. The web site is still technically considered a Zelda fan site, but has shifted focus to the community forums.


Contrasting with the design of the first [[Hyrule: The Land of Zelda|HTLOZ]], HTLOZ II features a non-flash, clean, custom-enhanced web design, created by [[user:Fury Three|Fury Three]]. HTLOZ II's design is such that it stands out as a unique web site, without forgetting its long and drawn-out historical origins.
