The Adventure of Link

Finish the Game Challenge: Simply complete the game without dying once
Status: This is entirely possible.
Difficulty: Nearly Impossible. It is almost impossible to get from the starting point to the last level without dying once. Beating the game requires an absurd amount of patience and an insane amount of luck.
In-game Rewards: You get to see the ending. In the real world, you get bragging rights.

Link's Awakening

000 Deaths Challenge: Complete the game with 000 Deaths.
Status: This is possible to do. It may require constant saving and resetting the game after deaths though.
Difficulty: Moderately difficult.
In-game Rewards: Alternate ending.

Ocarina of Time

Reach Flying Carpet Challenge: Jump to the Flying Carpet without using the Hover Boots.
Status: This is possible to do.
Difficulty: Nearly impossible. Requires a lot skill, patience, and a ridiculous amount of luck.
In-game rewards: Able to buy Bombchus as Adult Link before entering the Shadow Temple.

Uber OoT Challenge Challenge: Beat the game with a series of tricks and other things including only three hearts.
Status: This is possible to do.
Difficulty: Very hard due to the Cucco Jump.

Cucco Jump Challenge: Jump over the Gerudo Valley gate as a child using a Cucco to jump off a pike onto the gate.
Status: This is possible to do.
Difficulty: Nearly impossible. Requires a lot skill, patience, and a ridiculous amount of luck.
In-game rewards: Able to get to the Spirit Temple as a child. Also a part of the Uber OoT Challenge.

Majora's Mask

Three-Day Challenge: This is probably the most famous Zelda challenge. It is to complete the four temples in the second three-day cycle. That is the cycle where Link returns to normal.
Status: This is possible to do with extensive planning.
Difficulty: Moderately difficult due to specific time sensitive events, such as retrieving Epona before the night of the First Day.
In-game Rewards: None.

Twilight Princess

Cave of Ordeal Challenge: This is pretty hard. You start a new file and play up to around the City in the Sky. During your time playing, you do not get any heart pieces or containers. No bottles ( Besides the one you get from the start), bombs, or quiver extentions. You go into the Cave of Ordeals with the Wooden or Ordon Shield, the Ordon Sword (The one before the Master Sword.), and Zora Armor.
Status: It is possible, but be ready for some frustration.
Difficulty: Extremely difficult. The Zora Armor is weak to fire and ice, your wooden shield and the possibility of it getting burned, the normal sword, three hearts, and no potions.
In-game Rewards: None, but be sure to record it for out of game bragging rights.

Cave of Ordeals Challenge 2: In this challenge you must NOT lose 1 heart. You cannot use the Magic Armor and you MUST get to at least the 30Th floor. You can have whatever equipment you want.

Status: Unknown.

Difficulty: Insanely difficult, maybe even impossible.

In-game Rewards: None, bragging rights.

25:00 Temple of the Ocean King Challenge: Beat the Temple of the Ocean King with 25:00 Sands of Hours remaining.
Status: It is possible, and mildly challenging.
Difficulty: Moderate after familiarizing oneself with the Temple.
In-game Rewards: None, bragging rights.
