Avianna is the boss of the Shrine of Air, and taunts Zelda throughout the shrine. She attacks by dive bombing Zelda and throwing her feathers at her, each of which does one and a half hearts of damage. Her only weakness is a feather she lost one day while flying around Tolemac. It is obtained from a guy outside the Moblin Head Inn.

She is fought again later in the game when Gannon revives the previous bosses of the game, (except for Ursore) to battle Zelda again. She fights the same as before only is now weaker.
