Akira Himekawa is the collaboration of two women, A. Honda and S. Nagano. Together they have created many The Legend of Zelda Manga.

Akira Himekawa's The Legend of Zelda Manga series started with Ocarina of Time, released in Japan in 1999. Their most recent work, Skyward Sword, appeared in Hyrule Historia published in 2011. These manga have been released in different languages, including English by Viz Media and Spanish by Norma Editorial.[1]

A manga box set was released on October 25, 2011 including all Himekawa's manga released up to Phantom Hourglass.
