Akira Himekawa is the collaboration of two women, A. Honda and S. Nagano. Together they have created many manga adventures featuring Link and the popular video game world of The Legend of Zelda.[1]
Akira Himekawa’s The Legend of Zelda manga series started with Ocarina of Time being released in Japan in 1999 and their most recent work being Skyward Sword appearing in Hyrule Historia published in 2011. These manga have been released in different languages including English by Viz Media and Spanish by Norma Editorial.[2]
