Agwanda is the boss of the Shrine of Water. Agwanda is a blob of water that claims to have control over water to the point that she'll even dry up tears. She is protected by three servants called Kelpies that must be defeated in order to reach the room that Agwanda lurks. She attacks by quickly moving around the room, dealing two and a half hearts of damage if she runs into Zelda. She also shoots bubbles in every direction that deal one and a half hearts of damage.
She is fought later in the game when Gannon summons the other bosses (except for Ursore) to battle Zelda one last time. She is fought in a similar manner as before, but is now slightly weaker.

- Agwanda is voiced by a male and female team with their voices over lapping each other to create a distorted effect.
