The Age of Burning Fields is an event in Breath of the Wild.[1]

Overview

The Age of Burning Fields started at the beginning of the Era of the Wilds, immediately following the second Great Calamity. Following the destruction throughout Necluda as a result of the Guardians' attack, the residents of Hateno Village were unable to farm in the Region.[2] The Age ended once Hateno Village was able to start growing plants, making it self-sufficient.[3]
