Zant's Hand is an enemy only found in Twilight Princess. Like Zant's Mask, it also only appears in the Palace of Twilight. This menacing enemy doesn't cause any damage, but it is a huge nuisance, in that as soon you pick up a Sol sphere, it will pursue you relentlessly and try to take it from you and return it to the altar from which it was taken. It is close in appearance to a Wallmaster in Ocarina of Time. It can be recongnized by a tense 'theme' when close by.

Zant's Hand is indestructible while it is pursuing Link in that it can never be permanently defeated. It can only be temporarily stunned by either attacking it with the sword when it drops down, shooting it with three arrows or hitting with the Clawshot three times. The Clawshot is also effective to recover a Sol that a Zant's Hand has taken. In both the East and West wing, when Link walks through a door with the Sol, the Zant's Hand will follow through a portal in the wall. After Link removes a Sol from the Palace of Twilight's east or west wing, the Zant's Hand in that area will return to its original spot and remain lifeless for the rest of the game.

Its appearance is similar to that of the Floormasters in Wind Waker.
