Glitches in Link's Crossbow Training
These are the glitches which are possible to perform in Link's Crossbow Training. Please read the Glitch Disclaimer Notes before attempting any of the glitches on this page.
Horseback Hush
- Effects: Silencing the music, resetting your score, and stopping the timer.
- Prerequisites: Unlocked 8-1, Horseback Target Practice.
- How To: In either the first or second area of Horseback Target Practice, press A to bring up the pause menu just before the screen fades to move to the next area. If done right, the Stage will continue playing even though the pause menu is shown. The score count will reset to zero and will stay at zero even if more Targets are shot. The score of the targets shot will still add up and the total will be shown at the end, but the score will not be displayed while in the Stage. The timer will also stop counting down but the Stage will still end on time. Selecting the "Back to Level Select" or "Return to title screen" options will take the player to either menu, but the music will not be played. Pausing the game again will fix the glitch.
- Notes: If you are playing on Score Attack or Multiplayer and finish Horseback Target Practice after performing this glitch, the game will softlock.
