Faron Province

Faron Province is part of the province system in The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. It is located north of the Ordona Province, southwest (southeast for Wii) of the Eldin Province, and is located at the southern part of the map. It includes the Faron Woods, the first temple, Forest Temple, part of Hyrule Field, and the Sacred Grove. The Faron Woods are protected by the Light Spirit Faron. The name Faron most likely comes from the name of one of the Goddesses, Farore.
