The Vah Rudania Divine Helm is a piece of Armor in Breath of the Wild.
Effects
The Flame Guard is an effect that protects the user from fire-related high temperature environments. One Flame Guard item will give basic Flame Guard power, protecting against moderate heat. When journeying into areas with maximum heat, two items with Flame Guard are required (either an elixir or a piece of armour, or two pieces of armour). Flame Gurad does not protect the player from the climate based heat in Gerudo Desert and the surrounds.
Items With This Effect
Flame Guard's effect is given by the Flamebreaker Armour, Vah Rudaniah Helm or Fireproof Elixir. Fireproof elixirs can be made from either Fireproof Lizards or Smotherwing Butterflys and any monster parts.
