Fokkeru is the Japanese name for an otherwise unnamed birdlike enemy in Zelda II: The Adventure of Link.

These birdlike foes only appear in the Great Palace and hop up and down while moving back and forth, spewing fireballs in an upward arc such that they land on the ground and then continue to move a short distance, hoping to impede Link's progress.
