Flight Control Platform
Overview
The Flight Control Deck is a small wooden structure classified as an island near Dragon Roost Island and hosts the Bird-Man Contest. It is not essential to the plot to visit/complete objectives on this island.
Location
The Flight Control Deck is situated at coordinate G2 on the Great Sea map. It is also one grid square east of Dragon Roost Island.
Objectives
- Complete the Bird-Man Contest to obtain a Piece of Heart.
- Obtain the Platform Chart. To do this, defeat all enemies aboard the submarine south-east of the Control Deck itself. The Bird-Man contest is the only major event on this island, which can only be completed with a doubled magic meter, obtainable from the fairy at Two-Eye Reef. The challenge is to use the Deku Leaf to glide past the finish line, making use of the updrafts along the way. The reward is a Heart Piece.
