Template:Images Template:Sources Template:Minigame Rupee Rush is a minigame in A Link Between Worlds based on collecting rupees placed around a fenced-in area. In Hyrule, the game is run by the Rupee Rush Gal who charges 50 rupees for 30 seconds of play. Based on how close to the time limit Link finishes the minigame, multipliers on the score are added in increasing number the closer Link finishes to the limit. In the Hyrule version, a final score of at least 100 rupees results in a piece of heart. In Lorule, the Rupee Rush Guy runs the game and charges 100 rupees for 30 seconds of play. The game area in Lorule contains sand which can be raised by use of the Sand Rod to help access rupees. Like in the Hyrule version, the Lorule version also features score multipliers based on proximity to the time limit. If Link achieves a score of 150 rupees or more in the Lorule version, he is rewarded with a piece of heart.
