This is a Mini-Boss in Majora's Mask. It is one huge eye, which rolls around trying to hit you. It appears in a mass of bubbles. You can either pull the bubbles towards you with the Hookshot and slash them or you can shoot them with Fire Arrows, which consumes alot of magic power and is not needed. After you have destroyed all the bubbles, shoot it's eye with arrows.
