Stalchild
The Stalchildren can be seen roaming the fields of Hyrule at night in Ocarina of Time. They come out of the ground fast and walk slowly towards Link and attempt to slash him with their claws. They are quite easy to kill, and if you kill enough of them in one night a big one will pop out which will give you more money than the others. They make a horrible, scary noise when they walk and many young children that played Ocarina of Time for the first time were scared of these creatures.
