Mayor Plen
Plen is the mayor of Lynna City in Oracle of Ages. He appears to be the counterpart of Mayor Ruul of Horon Village in Oracle of Seasons. He plays a minor role in the game, and gives Link some information about the history of the city.[1][2]
In a Linked Game of Oracle of Seasons, a Golden Subrosian will appear in Lava Lake. He will tell Link a secret meant for Mayor Plen back in Labrynna.[3] When Link tells the secret to the mayor, he will give Link a Magic Ring, which, once appraised by Vasu, will become the Spin Ring. Also, in a linked Oracle of Ages, Mayor Plen's Mother will appear in his home. She has a secret for Link to tell to Mayor Ruul in Holodrum.[4]
Inside the mayor's house, there is a Treasure Chest containing a Magic Ring that can only be reached with the Long Hook.
