General Info
Hello there, fellow Zelda fans! I am EzloSpirit! I have been a member of Zelda Universe since February 2008, but I became really active (as in at least once a day if possible!) on ZU in March 2009. I have been contributing to the Zelda Universe Podcast (ZUCast) since June 2009. I was named the ZUBC's part-time general correspondent in December 2009, and on March 17, 2010 (in the podcast!), I was officially accepted into the ZUBC as a full-time staff member! I worked for a bit as the Production Assistant for the ZUCast until the focus shifted entirely to the producers and head editor holding the whip. In addition to PA, I have also served (and still do) as a Segment Host, hosting a couple recurring segments. My first recurring segment was a humorous (though said humor has been called dry and unfunny, especially by older listeners) segment entitled "EzloSpirit-Style Profiles," (June 2009-January 2011) which had eight "episodes" when I "cancelled" it due to boredom and decreasing positive response. My second (and current) recurring segment is "EzloSpirit's Hyrulian Symphonies," (March 2011-present) a more serious and analytical segment targeted at a more general audience in which I "take a deeper look into the music of the Legend of Zelda series." Four episodes have "aired" so far, with more on the way. I also work as one of the 20+ adopters on ZU, helping out one or two new members at a time get used to ZU and become familiar with how it works.
I have been a Zelda fan since 2007 or so. I have played LoZ (on Wii VC and 3DS VC), ALttP (GBA version), OoT (GCN version), OoA, FS (+ Anniversary Edition), TWW, TMC, TP (Wii version), PH, ST. I have beaten TMC, PH, TWW, ST, TP, OoT, ALttP, and SS (in that order). My favorite Zelda games are TP, SS, ST, and TWW; Twilight Princess is my favorite video game of all time (with Pokémon Black/White and HeartGold/SoulSilver Versions close behind).
Other interests I have besides Zelda are writing short stories and novels. I also love to read fantasy and sci-fi. I am also a fan of Pokémon (love Togepi!), Kirby, and Metroid. And some other Nintendo icon series.
