Rouru

Rouru is the heir to the tribal leadership of the Watarara tribe. One year, he fell off his mothers back during migration, which was also when the child Watararas are to grow in their wings, and fell into a river in Hyrule. Link found him caught on his fishing pole and thus saved Rouru from drowning. Rouru did not show much thanks towards Link. Instead, every time he got a chance would beat up on poor Navi. Navi got so angry that she left Link at one time (don't worry, she came back). After a fight with a twister caused by two Flare Dancers, Link was in a freefall to his doom. Luckily, Rouru's wing grew in just in time to "save" Link, but Link was too heavy to carry and they both went hurtling to the ground. Luckily (man, no wonder why Link wears green!!!) Rouru's mother, Elrora comes in the knick of time to land them gently on the ground.
