Sealed Temple

The Sealed Temple, also known as the Temple of Hylia, is a location in Skyward Sword. It is located in the Sealed Grounds and is home to Impa and Zelda while she sleeps.

History

Long ago, Hylia sealed Demise in the Sealed Grounds to stop him from ravaging Hyrule. But to save the people, she sent part of the Temple of Hylia into the sky, which became Skyloft. The part that remained became known as the Sealed Temple. It is home to a Gate of Time which Link must periodically visit and fight The Imprisoned to reseal it. Near the end of the game, the Goddess Statue falls back to join the rest of the Sealed Temple.

• Link can see the crystal that Zelda is resting in by looking through the door behind Impa.
