Sacred Tear
The Sacred Tears are items featured in Skyward Sword. They are found within the Silent Realm of each respective region: the Tears of Farore for the Faron Woods, the Tears of Din for the Eldin Volcano, and the Tears of Nayru for the Lanayru Desert. These tears have a similar function to that of the Tears of Light from Twilight Princess.
Uses
To leave the Silent Realm, Link will have to collect fifteen Sacred Tears. However, powerful Guardians will be patrolling the area and chase after the young hero. As such, Link must use the tear-shaped items in the alternate reality to stun the creatures for 90 seconds while he continues to look for the rest of the tears.[1]
