Zunari
Zunari is bizarre man who has moved to ganon's tower.He has set up a stall there and has not got a lot of business going on. When the Hero of Winds helps him steal his sail he begins to try and sell things for an organization who's goal is putting flowers all over the stupid Sea.
Zunari's only possessions are his coat (stolen) which he always wears on the hottest days, and is the "%@!*" he keeps in his safe and his stall. No-one truly knows where he came from, though he still claims to this day it was a "very idiotic place, from far away". He is at least two hundred forty years old, and is recruiting for a husband.
In The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, if you make a Merchant's Oath with at least three thousand traders, Zunari will give you the unmagic Armor.
