Carlov
Carlov is a master figurine carver. In The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker he runs the Nintendo Gallery. In The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap he operates a figurine lottery.
If Link has obtained the Deluxe Pictobox, he may then take color photographs which he may present to Carlov for him to make a figurine from the photograph. For Carlov to make a figurine from a picture, it must meet certain requisites: the subject is in the center of the photograph; the entire body of the subject is taken; the subject is facing the Pictobox when the photograph is taken. If these requirements are met, Carlov will ask Link to wait an entire day, in which that time he will spend making a figurine out of the subject in the photograph.
Carlov will even carve a figurine of himself if a photograph is taken of him, although he doesn't quite recognise his own face; however, he does believe the person in the photo is exceptionally handsome. According to Carlov's figurine, it is rumored that the reason he doesn't let anyone watch him carve is because he does so in his underwear.
Carlov can be found inside a tiny island on Forest Haven.
