City in Oracle of Seasons where you can find the swiming Dodongo ,Dimitry. This town is flooded because of the snow melting from the mountains just north of it. Here you can get the swimmming fins and is the first Gale seed tree you see in Holodrum.
After beating the Moblin King in his keep just west from the city, he lives in the abandoned huose in the lower right corner of Sunken City, if you want to have some fun with him place a bomb in thier pile and get out of the house...or else.
