I think that ordona is based on Odowla. He seems to represent the 'fifth' deity in Termina, which means he would be the fourth if he were to somehow be sent to Hyrule. And don't forget the quote: "I hear he's not from Hyrule Proper at All!" Feel free to tell me that I'm wrong, but don't spit on me or anything.--Claire 19:23, 17 February 2008 (EST)

Okay, what? Ordona = Wolf-like creature. Odolwa = Giant warrior. And I'm not sure where you're getting the idea that Odolwa seems to represent a fifth Terminian deity. Is it just because he's also giant? --Ando 14:14, 18 February 2008 (EST)
I thought that Ordona appeared in the form of a Ordon goat, not a wolf. That aside, I am very curious as to what deity Ordona is supposed to represent...it's not made very clear in TP at all. Pel'marn Dakari 18:50, 4 April 2008 (EDT)
Yeah.
Um.
Why did I say wolf before? There was some reason, but I don't remember what... But yeah, goat. --Ando (T : C) 20:40, 4 April 2008 (EDT)

I think that Ordona is just a combination of the names of the three golden goddesses; Faror e, D in, and Na yru.--Sacul097 04:49, 25 May 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

That's an interesting combination. Perhaps the Goddesses created Ordona for some reason...to protect the Hero perhaps?

Actually, I'm pretty sure that all four of the light spirits were created at the same time.HyruleBiologist 07:16, 9 March 2010 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Name correlation

Ok, I've heard a lot of different oppinions and now it clashes on the page. Some say that Eldin, LaNayru, and Faron bear correlation to the names of the Goddesses, but not Ordona (I am one of these people), while others suggest that Farore's name is "shared" by both Faron and Ordona. This article says that the name Ordona is taken from part of Farore's name, and then in the Trivia section says Ordona isn't named after a Goddess. Which are we gonna go with?
