Deku Nut

This item has appeared in Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. When Link throws this strange nut on the ground, it explodes, creating a blind flash, stunning most enemies. Though a lot of people think this item is useless, it can actually be quite useful if you know how and when to use it.

If you find it useless in Ocarina of Time, convert it into a bottle. You can always change it back by picking up another Deku Nut.

In MM, when you've transformed into Deku Link, you can drop these while flying.
